Install error with free version ISO

While building the VM from the ISO image for the free version of UTMStack, I get "ERROR:  exit status 8" during the installation of the application.  When I look at the log file, I see it attempting to make an HTTP request (not HTTPS) and the response coming back as 404.  See attached screenshots for evidence.

How do I get the app installer in the ISO to work when the website it is connecting to returns a 404?  Is there an updated installer I can get?
